Come hear these four poets hailing from the shores of Lake Superior, mid-coast Maine, Missouri, and a teardrop camper read work encompassing body, place, gender, pain, and hope.
Watershed Reading Series
Last month we celebrated Best New Poetry from the Midwest, and this month we're celebrating the best from the Midwest and well beyond, with stellar readers from Wisconsin, Colorado, Missouri, and California.
Contributors Matthew Hefti and Kristen L. Rouse to the new anthology, The Road Ahead: Stories of the Forever War, join fellow veterans Justice Castañeda and Dave Chrisinger in a reading of works about combat and its lasting effects on people and nations. The reading will include a question and answer period moderated by Ben LeRoy, editor of Tyrus Books.
