Arts + Literature Laboratory (ALL) solicits and accepts gifts that are consistent with supporting our mission.
Donations will generally be accepted from individuals, partnerships, corporations, foundations, government agencies, or other entities, without limitations.
In the course of our regular fundraising activities, ALL will accept donations of money, real property, personal property, stock, and in-kind services.
Certain types of gifts must be reviewed prior to acceptance due to the special liabilities they may pose for ALL. Examples of gifts which will be subject to review include gifts of real property, gifts of personal property, and gifts of securities.
We welcome feedback and input from all members of our community, including but not limited to donors. We attempt to be an organization responsive to the needs and interests of working artists and the general public. However, final authority for curatorial and programmatic decisions rests with the designated curatorial teams, staff, and board. Donors are welcome to designate donations for specific program areas but more granular designations will need to have a Memorandum of Understanding to that effect in advance of the donation. If a program becomes overfunded, ALL reserves the right to redirect funds to other program areas.
