Call for Artists: Bridge Work: Madison 2023-2025

Bridge Work: Madison is a professional development program offered by Arts + Literature Laboratory for Dane County-based visual artists. Bridge Work was founded by the Plum Blossom Initiative in Milwaukee, and is designed to give heightened exposure and support to emerging artists continuing their studio practice into a professional practice within the contemporary art world. Bridge Work artists will be working with the Curators at ALL and with other Bridge Work artists over the course of several months in critique groups, studio visits, professional development modules, and public speaking engagements. Eligible artists cannot be enrolled in a formal education program at the time of participation. Bridge Work artists receive support to produce new work for a solo exhibition at ALL and then participate in a regional group exhibition with Bridge Work artists from other midwestern cities.

Application deadline for Bridge Work 2023-2025 is Monday, July 31, 2023. Submit your application by filling out the form below.
