Alfonso Doucette

Dr. Alfonso Doucette received a Bachelor of Science in Plant Sciences at Cornell University and a PhD in Botany at UW–Madison and works locally as a Customer Success Manager for Zendesk. He discovered an unexpected passion for poetry after seeing a video interview with CAConrad called "Poetry as a Performance." Guided by his poetry mentor Rebecca Jamieson, Alfonso discovered the Arts + Literature Laboratory and is an active volunteer for literary  events. Alfonso serves on ALL’s Lit Team, has contributed to the ALL Review, and has reviewed submissions for the Midwest Video Poetry Fest.
