Programs

Through exhibitions, screenings, professional development programs, and other resources, ALL provides opportunities and resources for artistic growth and connects diverse emerging artists with new audiences.

ALL hosts readings, workshops, and write-ins, publishes the ALL Review, and operates the region's only Small Press Library in order to create space for the visions of individual writers and artists’ communities, for literary performance, and for generative work.

ALL provides an intimate listening room for local, national, and international musicians in a variety of genres, and provides a variety of resources and programs for Madison's vibrant jazz community.

Join us to build a more just and creative culture through youth arts education. Through classes, summer arts camps, open art studios, family workshops, teen leadership, teacher training, and more, ALL's youth arts program fosters more equitable access to the arts.

ArtLitLab nurtures artistic innovation and growth for artists of all levels of experience. Aspiration, rigor, and belonging have a home here. A laboratory in the truest sense of the word, our classes encourage experimentation in visual, literary, and performing arts.

Working together with community partners, we're building a more vibrant and sustainable jazz scene through city-wide programs, including the Strollin' series, Isthmus Jazz Festival, artistic development fellowships, jazz newsletter and calendar, and more.
