Abigail Swetz is a former teacher, former foster mom, and current policy advocate and speech writer. She spoke at the 2017 Women's March on Madison and is the author of An UnCommon Core: the spoken word journey of one middle school classroom, which won the award for Most Outstanding Solo Performance at the 2018 Fresh Fruit Festival in NYC.
