"Glitter Gutter" is a video poem included in the 2020 Midwest Video Poetry Fest. It is a collaboration between Cristina Vila Nadal, a London-based art & film director, and poet Fausta Jolly. Nadal's riveting mix of DV raw footage and animation provides the foundation for her multilayered projects that question and explore mundane topics through the aesthetic lens of intimate imagery. One poet, one lens, one screen—can you see them shimmer?
