Cheezo and the Lost Silk Hat, Two Plays by Lord Dunsany

Falconbridge Players presents two plays by playwright Lord Dunsany (Edward Plunkett) as staged readings.

On Tuesday, February 28 at 7pm, Falconbridge Players will present The Magnanimous Lover and The Critics as staged readings. Free admission, RSVP appreciated at https://dunsany.eventbrite.com.

You can draw a direct line between the work of prolific British writer Lord Dunsany (Edward Plunkett) and Middle Earth, Star Wars, and a nearby game of Dungeons & Dragons. He also wrote sharp satire on the world we live in, and all its greed, fear, and fantastic foul-ups.

Cheezo: A processed food product simply must become the Next Big Thing. "Cheezo makes darling baby grow."
The Lost Silk Hat: A gentleman has misplaced his hat after a love affair turns sour. It takes a village to retrieve it.
