Project Projection will provide an ongoing survey of experimental films and videos produced by Madison artists. The inaugural screening will include the latest installment of Step into the Light, a video portrait series by UW-Madison video production instructor Aaron Granat, and Three considerations before choreographing the End, a new single-channel video work by Chele Isaac.

The screening will include filmmakers featured at recent editions of the Wisconsin Film Festival and ALL's Off the Wall series: Eric J. Nelson, Elizabeth Wadium, Anders Zanichkowsky, and Rebecca Kautz. We will also introduce local and regional work work by Heidi Johnson, Gavin McCauley, and Anders Nienstaedt from Madison; Rachel Harvey, Jess Thierfelder, and Haley Schrock from Carthage College (students of recent Madison Magazine M List honoree, Jojin Van Winkle).

Check back here for the final list of titles for the screening, and for information about submitting work for future Project Projection events.
