ALL proudly presents Long Range Signal by Adriana Barrios, recipient of the 2019 ALL Prize, awarded each year to outstanding graduating MFA students from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
The exhibition includes etchings, screen prints, works on handmade paper and large scale video projections. Barrios utilizes direct experience, scientific data, and live feed video technology as a way of recording the environmental changes happening along the California coastline.
A reception for the ALL Prize recipients will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2019, 6-9pm. The exhibition and reception are free and open to the public.
Spring gallery hours are Thursday-Friday, 12-4pm, Saturday 11-3pm, and by appointment. Email hello@artlitlab.org to schedule. ALL will be closed on Saturday, May 11.
This exhibition is supported in part by the UW-Madison Art Department and Dane Arts, with additional funding from the Endres Mfg. Company Foundation, The Evjue Foundation, Inc., charitable arm of The Capital Times, the W. Jerome Frautschi Foundation, and the Pleasant T. Rowland Foundation.
