Paran Amirinazari and Eric Tran

Experience chamber music in an intimate setting, the way chamber music is intended to be, and you are sure to come across music that is new to your ears in this new classical chamber music laboratory. Paran Amirinazari, of the Willy Street Chamber Players, is the curator of the Chamber Music @ ALL concerts. You are in for a diverse array of chamber music spanning the centuries including exceptional modern works you will not want to miss.

This season, Paran Amirinazari and Eric Tran join forces to give a violin + piano recital featuring music of Brahms, Beach, Eubanks, and Tran (world premiere) on Thursday, November 3, 2022 at 7:00pm. Advance tickets can be purchased online at https://allchamber4.bpt.me until 2 hours before the concert for $20 ($15 student/ALL member). Tickets can also be purchased at the door for $25.

Having recently received her Doctorate Degree at UW-Madison, Paran Amirinazari is a violinist whose teachers have included Soh-Hyun Altino and Felicia Moye. An avid chamber musician, she is a founding member and Artistic Director of the Willy Street Chamber Players and a former member of the Hunt String Quartet. While studying to receive her Master's Degree in Violin Performance and Orchestral Career Skills at the University of Nevada-Reno, she was a member of the Nightingale String Quartet.

Since moving to Madison in 2013, Dr. Amirinazari has been a member of the Madison Symphony Orchestra's first violin section, Concertmaster of the Middleton Community Orchestra, and has performed with the Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra and Dubuque Symphony Orchestra. Highlights from her time at UW-Madison have included being a winner of UW Madison’s concerto competition, and playing alongside the Pro Arte Quartet for Live at the Chazen’s Mendelssohn’s String Octet broadcast.

Eric Tran

Named a Gilmore Festival Fellow, pianist-composer Eric Tran has performed in Italy, Korea, China, Canada, and in over 20 states in the United States. He has appeared in music festivals such as PianoTexas, Aspen, Art of the Piano, Gilmore, and Chautauqua. His principal studies were with pianists Sharon Mann, Thomas Schultz, and Christopher Taylor; and with composers Jaroslaw Kapuscinski and Laura Schwendinger.

Eric is a graduate of Stanford University, the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, and the Mead Witter School of Music. During his studies, he was the winner of the concerto competitions of all three institutions, and he was awarded the prestigious Robert M. Golden Medal for outstanding contributions to the arts.
