SUMMER CAMPS

Summer Camp Schedule + Registration

Dates: June 16 – August 22, 2025

General Camp Registration opens on Thursday, January 30, 2025 at 10AM. A link to our new registration system will be added below when registration begins.

Camps run Monday through Friday and consist of two daily sessions and a lunch hour.

Enrollment in Lunch Hour + Lunchtime Activities costs $50/week and is mandatory for students enrolled all day (morning plus afternoon sessions or full-day camps). Lunch Hour + Lunchtime Activities is an optional add-on for students enrolled in morning or afternoon half-day camps.

Morning Session: 9AM – 12PM

Lunch Hour + Lunchtime Activities: 12 – 1PM

Afternoon Session: 1 – 4PM

Tuition

  • Individual half-day camp sessions (morning or afternoon) are $230 per week. (Tuition for each session includes a $50 non-refundable registration fee.)
  • Lunch Hour + Lunchtime Activities is $50 per week.
  • Full day tuition (morning and afternoon sessions plus lunch) is $510 per week.
  • Tuition is prorated for the 4-day week.

Summer Camp Tuition Assistance Information

ALL is able to offer full and partial financial aid to families in need, thanks to generous grants from groups including Endres Manufacturing Co, the Madison Arts Commission, and Dane Arts. You must apply and be approved for Tuition Assistance before registering for camp. Assistance cannot be retroactively applied.

Application Process for Tuition Assistance
To apply for Financial Aid for yourself, or a child in your life, please complete one of the following forms based on the child's age. Note: you will need to submit 1 application form for each child for whom you're seeking assistance.

Hearing Back About Tuition Assistance
We set aside 20% of our overall enrollment spaces for students on Financial Aid. A committee will begin reviewing applications for tuition assistance on February 6, 2025. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until all designated camp seats are filled. The maximum Tuition Assistance that can be awarded to any child is 6 full weeks (AM, Lunch, PM).

Cancellation Policy

1. UP TO 48 HOURS AFTER PAYMENT, and at least 2 weeks prior to each camp start date, full refunds may be granted, minus the $50 non-refundable registration fee.

2. BEFORE APRIL 1, 2025, a 50% refund may be granted, or a full tuition credit minus the $50 registration fee, or registration may be transferred to another week of camp, if available.

3. APRIL 1 - APRIL 30, 2025, no refunds issued, but 50% ALL Education credit may be granted or registration may be transferred to another week of camp, if available.

4. MAY 1, 2025 AND AFTER, no transfers, refunds, or credits will be issued.
