Madison Jazz Festival 2022

The 2022 Madison Jazz Festival will kick off Friday, June 10th with Strollin' Capitol East, spanning ten days of jazz across Greater Madison, culminating with two days at the Memorial Unioin Terrace and Shannon Hall, June 18-19th, headlined by GRAMMY-winning drummer and composer Brian Blade and 8-time GRAMMY-winner Christian McBride. There's something for everyone - free concerts, family events, presentations, and ticketed shows featuring some of today's finest jazz artists.

NEW this year - the Festival Passport! Pick up your free passport at any festival event, and get it stamped at every event you attend to earn points. Bonus points are awarded for ticketed shows. More points = more rewards! At the highest level (20 points), you'll receive all of the rewards, including a commemorative t-shirt sponsored by The Cap Times (while supplies last). Learn more.
